Lagos said Rice should lower her rhetoric levels

(El Universal) - "President Ricardo Lagos advised American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, to lower rhetoric on Venezuela.

He said this during a Press Conference together with Rice, who attended the Conference of Democratic Communities.

The Chilean President said that his conversations with both the Venezuelan President and his detractors have made him realize Chávez is a legitimately elected President and that the opposition needs as yet to 'act accordingly with the challenges of being a good opposition' (.)".
