The US wants to invest in oil developments in Venezuela

(El Nacional) - " During a meeting with Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alí Rodríguez Araque, Senator Arlen Specter (President of the US Senate's Judicial Commission) expressed the US intention to invest in Venezuela's oil industry. 'I think we can have a very important role in the oil production expansion. We are willing to invest thousands of millions of dollars to help increase those reserves', he said".
