MVR won the elections in most Venezuelan districts

(Panorama Digital) - " International observers confirmed the transparency of the electoral process. It is their opinion that 'the automated process worked excellently'. Polls were closed at seven in the afternoon and Plan República worked fine. Trial versions of electronic notebooks showed no technical difficulties.

International observers celebrated the civic attitude of the voters and admitted the transparency of the electoral process. 'Venezuela has shown a high class scenario, the voting process took place filled with tolerance and respect.
