Industrial Sector forecasts growth of 15%

(El Nacional) - " The industrial sector could grow 15% this year, according to FEDEINDUSTRIAS (Federation of Chambers and Associations of Artisans, Small and Medium Businesses and Industries).

Miguel Pérez Abad, President of this Federation, also explained that the contribution made by the industrial sector to the GDP will be of 15 percentage points, compared to 12,7 points it contributes now.

He also added that given this scenario, there is chance that more than 500 small and medium industries are added to the production sector, generating more than 50.000 employments ".
