Opening night of the IX Bolívar Hall International Guitar Festival
March 1st was the opening night of the IX Bolívar Hall International Guitar Festival. Ambassadors, cultural attachés, directors from the main musical schools of the United Kingdom, distinguished musicians as well as media, academia, business and political representatives, fill the Bolívar Hall of the Embassy of Venezuela. The Ambassador of the Bolívarian Republic of Venezuela, Alfredo Toro Hardy, inaugurated with a short speech the three weeks of classical and folk guitar music that will follow.
