Argentina, Venezuela and Brazil: one voice.
(El Universal) - "Presidents from Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela agreed to unify their positions regarding international organizations and they plan to use fiscal surplus to buy debt bonds from their countries, as informed by Argentinean Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rafael Bielsa.
On March 1st , the three Presidents attended the inauguration of Uruguayan President, Tabaré Velasquez, with whom they agree on the developmental approach.
Nestor Kirschner, Inacio Lula Da Silva and Hugo Chavez met for more than an hour and showed the world how good their relations are, as well as how strong are their hopes for Latin-American integration.
Diplomatic spokespeople said the three Presidents talked about the possible creation of an axis 'Brasilia, Caracas, Buenos Aires'.
During their meeting in Uruguay they talked about three main issues: macro economical situation and social development; civil society and energetic integration(...)".
