UPDATE 1-Fitch assigns
'B-' rating to Venezuela 30-yr bond
(Reuters) - "Fitch Ratings said it
assigned a 'B-' rating to Venezuela's $1 billion,
30-year global bond issue.
Fitch said the rating outlook on the bond, which
was sold at a 9.375 percent coupon and priced
at 92.976 to yield 10.125 percent, was stable.
The agency said proceeds from the bonds would
be used to help meet domestic bond amortizations".
