President Chávez meets with business people in London

(MinCI Newsletter Ven Global News) - "Amid a large crowd that received President Chávez at the Banqueting House gates, the Venezuelan leader met with a group of about 500 British business people and representatives of economic sectors of the UK. At this meeting, President Chávez spoke about the goals achieved by the Bolivarian Revolution, as well as the growth in Venezuela's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the expectations for coming years.

After his speech, President Chávez was approached by several British business people, who expressed their willingness to travel to Venezuela and establish links with the Venezuelan Ministry of Basic Industries and Trade in order to explore the possibilities of investing in Venezuela.

With this activity, President Chávez ended his visit to London, in which he shared with the people of Great Britain, strengthened friendship bonds and met with different sectors of British society".
