Cilia Flores new President of the National Assembly

(ABN) - "The National Assembly designated its Member Cilia Flores as their new President.

This parliamentarian of the political party 'Movimiento Quinta Republica' who was President of the Internal Policy Commission is the first women to occupy this post.

This will be a historical session because for the fist time in 200 years of republican life, the parliament will be presided by a woman".
