(El Universal) -The parameters of classification of channels of television by subscription in: Audiovisual national production and international production, also the regulations of the operators and television by cable and satellite, would be established by the National Commission of Telecommunications (Conatel) following a public consultancy.

Mario Seijas, President of the Venezuelan Chamber of Television by Subscription (Cavetesu), explained that in a meeting held between the directives of the cable operators and the Minister of Telecommunications and Information, Jesse Chacón, it was agreed to assign a group of lawyers experts in cable and satellite television to work as advisors of Conatel in the creation of the regulation (.)".
