Venezuela protects food for people

(Prensa Latina) - "Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez issued a decree against speculation, stockpiling or boycott of food and other price-controlled products, to be put into practice in coming hours.

Chávez pointed out in his radio-TV program 'Alo Presidente' that the law will be implemented on the whole productive chain, to avoid behavior affecting public consumption (...)".
