(ABN - Agencia Bolivariana de Noticias) - "Members of the public and Venezuelan government officials will install the 'Fifth Constituent Motor: An explosion of communal power' in Los Caobos Park in Caracas next Wednesday.

This information was given by President of the National Assembly Cilia Flores, who also said that, during the inauguration, members of communal councils and members of the Presidential Council for Communal Power will be present. During the event, members of the Presidential Council and social organizations will define a proposal to reform the Law for Communal Councils.

President of the Commission for People's Participation of the National Assembly, Darío Vivas, informed that the inauguration of the 'Fifth Constituent Motor' will boost every state and municipality around the country. He said within the assemblies, other social organisations will participate (water, land and health committees).

Vivas said the objective is to boost communal councils by defining how to prioritise their proposals and look deeper into their duties (...)".
