Chávez to dialogue with people more

(Prensa Latina)- "Aló Presidente, the Sunday radio and TV program in which President Hugo Chávez holds a dialogue with the people, will be reorganized and expanded this week, the Information and Communication Ministry reported.

A release by that institution specifies that Aló Presidente will be broadcast at 8 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on the radio, and Thursdays on television, starting February 15.

The new stage of the program will be for 90 minutes (the Sunday program was from five to seven hours), and will have a modular structure.

The reorganization obeys the demands of the new revolutionary times, and the five engines (axes), of the president s 2007-2013 term of office to begin the nation s socialist development, will be constantly present.

The five axes are the empowerment, law (temporarily granting power to Chávez to issue decrees with the level of law), a constitutional reform, an education campaign, the nation s geopolitical revision, and increase of communal power.

The Information and Communication Ministry noted this will be a news program, and will have real scoops in each broadcast, both on television and radio".
