During the inauguration act of the Socialist Technical Productive Centre 'Coronel Antonio Nicolás Briceño' in the Municipal Candelaria of the Trujillo State, the Head of State explained that in the frame of cattle expansion which the National Executive is bringing forward the structure of mixed companies is being promoted (State-Private Industries), where the Venezuelan Government would have the responsibility of granting finance, guarantee the integral development of the farmers zone and look for alliances with other governments for the development of projects of impact, which permit strengthen the national herd and supply to the national market (.)".
