CNE is organising visits from international observers for December elections

(Agencia Bolivariana de Noticias) - "President of the National Electoral Council, Tibisay Lucena, informed that the electoral body is making all the arrangements with international observers from the Organisation of American States (OAS) and the European Union (EU), as well as other electoral organisations from Latin America and Canada to define their visit to Venezuela during the presidential elections next December.

Lucena said the Electoral Power is working to have wide international observation during the presidential elections".
