Venezuela : opening more embassies In Africa

(Stratfor) - "The Venezuelan government announced March 17 that it will open more diplomatic missions throughout Africa and invest in oil operations there in an effort to strengthen ties between the two countries. Venezuelan officials indicated that they are willing to cooperate with Africa to offer technical and 'legal' know-how in the oil sector. Petróleos de Venezuela is studying whether to establish oil exploration partnerships with African governments".
