Energy experts to meet for two days in Pdvsa-Caracas

(Agencia Bolivariana de Noticias) - "During March 27 and 28 a Meeting of Energy Experts took place, in Caracas , in the headquarter of the Ministry of for Eenergy and Petroleum and Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa). In the meeting participated energy experts from 12 South American countries.

The event, as says a press bulletin emitted by Pdvsa, had as its main goal to start the technical and political discussions that will lead to the constitution of the work agenda for the I South American Energetic Summit, which will get together the Presidents of the region and guest countries.

The I South American Energetic Summit will take place in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta state, Venezuela on April 16th and 17th.

The Minister of the Energy and Petroleum and President of Pdvsa, Rafael Ramírez, said the welcome speech to the experts present at the meeting.

After the inauguration, the activities started in diverse work groups such as: Petroleum, Gas, Bio-fuels, Electricity, Alternative Energies, and Energetic diagnosis and balance".
