Venezuela and Russia sign agreement on disaster prevention

(Agencia Bolivariana de Noticias) - "During the IV International Civil Protection Conference to be celebrated in Caracas next week, Russia and Venezuela will sign a Memorandum of Understanding for technical cooperation on disaster prevention.

This agreement will allow personnel specialization in the prevention and attention during disasters, as well as the exchange of risk information for environmental and health effects of technological threats, among other aspects (...)".
