The private sector and socialism of the XXI century (Ministry of Communication and Information) - "Vice President Jorge Rodríguez will attend the workshop 'Productive Socialism, the challenge of the private sector' with the goal of finding spaces to debate around the participation of the private sector in the socialism of the XXI century.
This workshop was organized by the Venezuelan Federation of Small and Medium Industries and President Chávez considers it an important step to incorporate the private sector in the changes that are taking place in the country.
President Chávez has called for the private sector of Venezuelan economy to show social sensibility; providing resources, installations, professionals, technicians and professors in order to open this sector widely to the government's social programmes (...)
President of the Federation of Industries, Miguel Pérez Abad, said this workshop will promote the debate with different institutions like the National Assembly.
'From the perspective of small and medium industries, we have decided to call it Productive Socialism, considering we are one of the sectors through which Venezuelans can obtain good jobs to boost both the equality and human rights promoted by socialism in terms of equal opportunities, education, health, housing and recreation'., said Abad".
