(Agencia Bolivarian de Noticias) - "Venezuelan Vice-President, Jorge Rodríguez, inaugurated the state of the art medical diagnosis centre 'Francisco de Miranda' in Falcon state.

During his visit to the centre, Rodríguez, who was accompanied by state governor Jesús Montilla, talked to physicians and patients who were waiting to have tests done using the highest technology.

The 'Francisco de Miranda' diagnosis centre will provide services of MRI, computerized axial tomography, mammography, bone density, micro analytical laboratories and X Rays, as well as endoscopies, 3D ultrasound and ECG.

This centre will allow the patient to be checked through modern technologies that examine soft tissues, neurological system and joints, as well as the bone/muscle system. It will also do tests on blood vessels, lungs, pleura and thorax, among others.

Governor of Falcon, Jesús Montilla, said before this, there were no medical centres that resembled the high technologies provided in the new Francisco de Miranda Centre".
