Venezuelan Supreme Court Magistrate: right to a fair trial is guaranteed

Velasquez Alvaray talked about the 'good will of the Supreme Justice Tribunal to work together with all sectors around the country to materialise the constitutional dispositions and comply with the established procedures in order to trust the judicial system' (...)

After the meeting he told the press that 'if there were any violations to the Constitution and its laws, there are many procedures and institutions that will handle those claims, like in every democratic State.
