The document undersigned by women of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, parliament women and community leaders calls for Venezuelans to back up this proposal 'of deep humanist content'.

MP Flor Ríos highlighted that the constitutional reform bill is a proposal 'that will bestow more social justice, freedom and a deep exercise of the nutritional, territorial, military and political sovereignty for the Venezuelan people.'

On the same way, the text mentions that women 'are spread out offensively around the national territory, calling for every Venezuelan to back up and vote affirmatively and massively by the constitutional reform bill'.

On the other hand, the communitarian leaders showed their participation by the diffusion, analysis and debate conferences about the bill, which are carried out in different communities of the country".
