(Agencia Bolivariana de Noticias) -" The National Assembly plenary, in an extraordinary session, approved in the second discussion the constitutional reform project presented last August 15 by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez Frias.

According to the article 343 of the National Constitution, second discussion of the constitutional reform project will be done by titles or chapters.

However, National Assembly's Mixed Commission, responsible to study this reform, brought to the debate of the second analysis six titles, fifteen chapters, and nine sections, which are related to the 33 articles to be modified.

The discussion of the Project was divided in 30 issues, among titles, chapters, and sections, according to a report presented by the Mixed Commission for the second discussion of the constitutional reform project of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela , which was approved in a meeting last September 4".
