Rodríguez Zapatero will talk to Spanish parliamentarians about the coup d'etat in Venezuela

Former Mexican Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jorge Castañeda, said that his country and Chile were the ones that impeded the coup against President Chávez and confirmed that governments like the United States and Spain approved the action taken against the Venezuelan President.
