Venezuela's
current account surplus is the second
largets in the world as a proportion to
its GDP
(The Economist) - "As a proportion
of GDP, Singapore's current-account surplus
is one of the biggest in the world. Venezuela's
surplus, boosted by its oil exports, is
just over half as big (…)".
