Alert to financial institutions

- "We alert individuals and financial
institutions, Venezuelan and foreign,
about the attempt from natural and legal
persons, both Venezuelan and foreign,
to collect using credit documents called
'notas promisorias' (promissory notes),
Código Caroní, series
ICC-290 e ICC-322, that were never issued
by the extinct bank 'Banco de Desarrollo
Agropecuario' - BANDAGRO.
The Venezuelan Ministry
of Finance carried on an investigation
in order to determine if these "promissory
notes" are related to any legal
obligation accepted by the Venezuelan
government, and the results were as
follows:
