Venezuela: President
Chávez sets major goals for new
government

- "President Hugo Chávez'
administration set the major goals of
a new government plan called New Phase-New
Strategic Map during a two-day meeting
with top officials and pro-government
governors and mayors from Venezuela.
Expected to be implemented in January,
the plan comprises strategies based
on the democratization of the radio-electric
spectrum, fighting corruption -with
a police corps especially designed to
address this issue-, among others, as
published by El Universal newspaper".
