Mexico
and Chile did not support Carmona's government
(El Universal) - "Mexico and
Chile stopped an agreement between the
United States and Spain to acknowledge
and support the coup d'etat against President
Chávez in April 2002, said the
Mexican former Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Jorge Castañeda. According to the
