Venezuela explores options to launch satellite
with help from Russia

is exploring options to launch a satellite
and is contemplating offers from Russia
to help in the process, Venezuela's ambassador
to Russia said.
'We cannot fall behind in the communications
business. We need that satellite,' said
Carlos Mendoza. Mendoza said President

talks with officials from Russia's Khrunichev
