Observers
endorse transparency
(El Universal) - "International
observers who participated in the Venezuelan
regional elections endorsed the 'transparency
and technical meticulousness during
the process'.
In a report
read by the Spanish professor José
Asensi, almost one hundred of the observers
also said they 'endorsed the statements
and resolutions given by the National
Electoral Council (CNE) without detriment
of any legally provided resources that
could arise' (...)".
