(Platts.com) - Venezuela plans to export 3.02-mil b/d of crude and products in 2004, up from an average of 1.93-mil b/d this year, the country's finance minister said in an outline of next year's budget. Total oil output is forecast to be 3.57-mil b/d in 2004, Tobías Nobrega told reporters. That figure is comprised of 600,000 b/d of synthetic crude from four extra-heavy oil joint ventures, 160,000 b/d of NGLs, and 2.82-mil b/d from state oil company PDVSA.
