CVG and Brazilian company subscribe "letter of intention"
(Venpres) - "The Corporación Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) and the Companhia Vale do Rio Doce from Brazil have subscribed a letter of intention with the purpose of motivating cooperation in areas of scientific, technological and industrial development and promoting initiatives directed towards the exchange of experiences, provision of technical service and promotion of projects of mutual interest.

Through this document both companies commit themselves to making their best effort in order to identify and formalize in a short period, projects that could be presented for consideration to the National Economical and Development Bank of Brazil to receive financial support".
