Venezuela's EDC declares 36.65 bolivar dividend

EDC, Venezuela's largest private energy generator, will pay dividends of 1,832.50 bolivars ($0.95) per ADR share. Each ADR represents 50 ordinary shares.

EDC reported profits of 13 billion bolivars between April and June 2004, compared with a loss of 6.7 billion bolivars for the same period a year ago".
